Aviation Weather Services

Solutions for the Aviation Weather Services Providers

We offer software solutions for receiving, processing, and displaying meteorological data from SADIS API, SADIS Secure FTP and WIFS sources. Our software facilitates the generation of pre-flight documentation, supporting both manual and automated processes and ensuring accurate and timely information for aviation needs.

We help to streamline efficient connectivity by supporting both AMHS and AMQP protocols, as well as the newest advanced SWIM Subscription and Request Services, making our solutions future-proof. Additionally, our intuitive graphical tools, such as the SIGMET editor and TAF editor, offer syntax checking and verification to simplify the forecasting process and issuing of IWXXM formatted data.

Moving Weather

Our message-switching system Moving Weather serves as a data dissemination system through various channels and ways of communication:

  • Communication through the SWIM Yellow Profile publish-subscribe AMQP protocol
  • Designated service providers also have the role of OPMET databanks as defined in EUR DOC 018 - OPMET Handbook
  • Connection to AFTN or AMHS network
  • WMO Information System 2.0 (WIS 2.0)
  • Traditional Global Telecommunication System (GTS)
  • Seamless support of IWXXM data formats, including report collection, message compilation and conversion between traditional TAC and IWXXM

Visual Weather

  • Powerful graphical SIGMET & AIRMET editor for drawing aviation hazards on a map: underlay it with NWP or satellite data as guidance, create and publish graphical SIGMET and AIRMET charts in IWXXM
  • Interactive TAF editor with comprehensive error prevention and validation with syntax checking and evaluating the significance of TAF change groups
  • TAF Monitoring and Verification that compares issued forecast with incoming METAR & SPECI, notifies about significant differences between observation and forecast and need to issue an Amendment
  • TAC and IWXXM output of all produced data, supporting the latest IWXXM format for METAR, SPECI, TAF, SIGMET, AIRMET, TC/VA Advisory
