We are thrilled to share that our employees enthusiastically participated in the "Do práce na bicykli" challenge last month! This fantastic project is dedicated to encouraging people to commute to work by bicycle, walk, or use public transport, promoting a healthier and greener lifestyle. By choosing these sustainable modes of transport, we not only improve our personal well-being but also contribute significantly to the protection of our environment.

An impressive 4,327 companies from all over Slovakia joined the challenge this year, showcasing a widespread commitment to sustainable commuting practices. Our company proudly formed part of this eco-friendly movement, with 13 amazing colleagues stepping up to the challenge with great enthusiasm and determination.

Our dedicated employees organized themselves into 4 teams, each team embodying the spirit of teamwork and sustainability. Throughout the month-long challenge, our teams collectively cycled over 1,400 kilometers, demonstrating their passion for cycling and their dedication to reducing our carbon footprint. In addition to cycling, our colleagues also walked a combined total of 47 kilometers, further showcasing their commitment to a healthier lifestyle and a cleaner environment. Furthermore, they utilized public transport for a total of 312 kilometers, underlining the importance of supporting and using public transit systems to reduce individual car usage.

The collective efforts of our teams were truly inspiring. Together, we saved a remarkable 418 kilograms of CO2 from being emitted into the atmosphere. This significant reduction in carbon emissions not only highlights the impact of our actions on combating climate change but also sets a powerful example for others to follow.
